Platform

Means the Local Job Sathi website, mobile applications, and related services.

Candidate

Means a user seeking employment opportunities through the Platform.

Employer

Means a business, company, organization, recruiter, consultant, or hiring representative using the Platform for recruitment purposes.

User

Means any Candidate, Employer, visitor, or person accessing or using the Platform.

Services

Means all recruitment, hiring, job posting, candidate search, subscription, communication, and related services provided by Local Job Sathi.

To use the Platform:

• You must provide accurate information.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Employers must have authority to recruit on behalf of their business or organization.
• Users must not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform.

Local Job Sathi reserves the right to refuse access or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Keeping login credentials secure.
• All activities performed through their account.

Users must immediately notify Local Job Sathi if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.

Candidates may:

• Create profiles
• Search jobs
• Apply for jobs
• Receive hiring-related communications
• Manage account information

Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the Platform.

Employers may:

• Create employer accounts
• Purchase subscriptions
• Post jobs
• Search candidates
• Access hiring-related tools
• Manage recruitment activities

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job postings and hiring activities comply with applicable laws.

When a Candidate voluntarily applies for a job:

• The Candidate expresses interest in that position.
• The Candidate expressly consents to the Employer accessing the Candidate's contact information and application details for recruitment purposes.
• The Employer may contact the Candidate regarding that application.

Local Job Sathi does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or hiring outcomes.

Employers may access Candidate information through authorized platform features.

Candidate contact information may be made available through:

• Job Applications
• Subscription Plans
• Candidate Search Features
• Contact Access Services
• Other authorized hiring tools

Employers agree to use Candidate information solely for lawful recruitment purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Data scraping
• Data harvesting
• Reselling candidate information
• Sharing candidate information with unauthorized parties
• Marketing unrelated products or services

Certain services may require payment, including:

• Subscription Plans
• Featured Jobs
• Urgent Hiring Services
• Contact Access Services
• Premium Hiring Features

Features, pricing, validity periods, and availability may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Local Job Sathi.

Users shall not:

• Create fake accounts
• Post fake jobs
• Provide false information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Send spam communications
• Use bots, automation tools, or scraping software
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Violate applicable laws

Any such activity may result in suspension or termination.

Local Job Sathi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate accounts without prior notice where:

• Fraud is suspected
• False information is detected
• Platform abuse occurs
• Security concerns arise
• These Terms are violated

Such actions may be taken to protect users, the Platform, and platform integrity.

All trademarks, logos, branding, software, designs, content, text, graphics, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to DIGITAL PATHWAY unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, sell, or exploit platform content without prior written permission.

Local Job Sathi acts solely as a technology platform connecting Candidates and Employers.

We do not:

• Guarantee employment
• Guarantee hiring outcomes
• Guarantee candidate suitability
• Guarantee employer legitimacy
• Verify every job posting
• Verify every candidate profile

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making recruitment or employment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL PATHWAY and Local Job Sathi shall not be liable for:

• Recruitment outcomes
• Employment decisions
• User-generated content
• Business losses
• Data inaccuracies
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Platform is at the user's own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIGITAL PATHWAY, its partners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

• Payment Providers
• SMS Providers
• Email Providers
• Analytics Services
• Push Notification Services

Local Job Sathi is not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of third-party service providers.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
