Contact Credit Terms & Conditions

Contact Credits are digital usage units that may be used by eligible Employers to access Candidate contact information or other premium hiring features offered by Local Job Sathi.

Contact Credits do not represent currency, bank deposits, stored value, investment products, or transferable financial instruments.

Credits may be used only through authorized platform features. Examples may include:

• Candidate Contact Unlock
• Premium Candidate Access
• Special Hiring Features
• Other credit-based services introduced by Local Job Sathi

The number of credits required for a particular action may vary from time to time.

Credits shall be deducted immediately upon successful completion of the relevant action.

Once a Candidate's contact information has been successfully displayed or made accessible through the Platform, the credit shall be considered consumed.

Consumed credits cannot be restored except in cases of verified technical failure.

Use of Contact Credits does not guarantee:

• Candidate response
• Candidate interest
• Interview attendance
• Selection
• Joining
• Hiring success

Credits only provide access to the relevant platform feature. Recruitment outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the Employer.

Credits may remain valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or allocation.

Unused credits may expire upon:

• Expiry of validity period
• Expiry of associated subscription plan
• Account termination
• Promotional credit expiry

Expired credits shall not be redeemable for cash or refund.

Local Job Sathi may provide free or promotional credits from time to time.

Promotional credits:

• May have separate validity periods
• May be withdrawn at any time
• May not be transferable
• May not be redeemable for cash

Credits cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash unless expressly permitted by Local Job Sathi.

The following are prohibited:

• Artificial credit generation
• Credit abuse
• Unauthorized access
• System manipulation
• Reselling candidate information
• Misuse of candidate data

Local Job Sathi reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel credits, or terminate services in cases of misuse.

Credits successfully used to access candidate information or premium services are non-refundable.

Refund requests arising from technical failures, duplicate payments, or billing errors shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Local Job Sathi reserves the right to:

• Change credit pricing
• Change credit validity
• Change credit requirements
• Introduce new credit categories
• Discontinue credit-based services

Such changes may apply prospectively.

Local Job Sathi shall not be liable for:

• Candidate non-response
• Candidate unavailability
• Recruitment outcomes
• Hiring decisions
• Business losses arising from use of credits

Credits only provide access to platform features and do not guarantee recruitment success.

These Credit Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the Local Job Sathi Terms & Conditions.
