Harassment, threats, abusive language, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior are prohibited.

Users must not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Use false identities.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Provide misleading information.

Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended or permanently removed.

Employers must not:

• Post fake jobs.
• Post misleading job descriptions.
• Advertise jobs that do not genuinely exist.
• Misrepresent salary, benefits, or job responsibilities.

Local Job Sathi reserves the right to remove such job postings without notice.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Asking candidates for money in exchange for jobs.
• Fraudulent recruitment schemes.
• Fake interview offers.
• Fake joining letters.
• Identity theft.
• Financial scams.

Accounts involved in such activities may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Employers may access candidate information only for recruitment purposes.

The following are prohibited:

• Selling candidate information.
• Sharing candidate information without authorization.
• Using candidate data for unrelated marketing.
• Bulk exporting or copying candidate data.

Users must not:

• Send spam messages.
• Send repeated unsolicited communications.
• Promote unrelated products or services.

Users must not:

• Attempt to hack the Platform.
• Use bots or automated tools.
• Scrape platform content.
• Circumvent platform security measures.
• Interfere with normal platform operations.

Local Job Sathi may take one or more of the following actions depending on the severity of the violation:

• Warning
• Content Removal
• Job Removal
• Temporary Suspension
• Permanent Ban
• Restriction of Features

Users may report the following through the Platform's support channels:

• Fake Jobs
• Fake Profiles
• Fraudulent Activity
• Spam
• Harassment
• Policy Violations

Local Job Sathi may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
